You are looking at the finished ink of the cover and a storyboard layout of a color/activity book that can be doubled as presentation or web comic style format. The entirety of the work is healing from and overcoming Anxiety, Depression and PTSD, with particular regard to childhood trauma. This book is understanding the effects of being hit, threatened and shamed. This type of work burns in my soul as it is still something that has effected me greatly in the past and still today as I move forward in healing. The work derives from understanding of what happened and how to move past it. Over a lifetime of dealing with the effects of trauma, I have learned MUCH about the physiological workings behind it and how to retrain the brain to healthier thought and behavioral patterns.
